FAQ

1) Where are my photos saved?

Your edited photos and results are saved locally on your device.

2) Do you upload my photos to a server?

Some AI features require temporary server processing. We may keep a short-lived session cache to avoid re-processing the same image repeatedly. This cache is intended to be cleared approximately every 1 hour.

3) Why am I seeing full-screen ads?

We may show interstitial ads at natural breakpoints, for example after generating results. We also offer optional rewarded ads that you can choose to watch to earn points.

4) How do rewarded points work?

You can choose to watch a rewarded ad to earn points. Points can be used to generate Pro-level results without subscribing. If points did not update correctly, email support with your device and app details.

5) Crashes or generation failures

Please email us with the steps to reproduce and any screenshots of error messages.

1) Ảnh được lưu ở đâu?

Ảnh và kết quả chỉnh sửa được lưu cục bộ trên thiết bị của bạn.

2) App có tải ảnh lên server không?

Một số tính năng AI cần xử lý tạm thời trên máy chủ. Chúng tôi có thể lưu cache theo phiên để tránh xử lý lại cùng một ảnh nhiều lần; cache này được thiết kế để xóa theo chu kỳ, khoảng mỗi 1 giờ.

3) Vì sao có quảng cáo toàn màn hình?

Chúng tôi có thể hiển thị interstitial ở các thời điểm chuyển cảnh hợp lý. Ngoài ra có rewarded ads để bạn tự chọn xem và nhận điểm.

4) Điểm reward hoạt động thế nào?
